On the morning of May 31, Pham Van Bay, Vice-Chairman of Di An city’s People's Committee, Deputy Head of the city’s Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control said that in order to strengthen measures against the pandemic, the city has an urgent notice on the suspension of direct transactions with individuals and organizations regarding administrative procedures at the one-stop section receiving dossiers and returning results of settlement of administrative procedures, which is implemented from 13:00 on May 31 until further notice.
Documents that are really necessary (judicial field) and mortgage registration documents are received directly (without direct results) at the one-stop section with no more than 10 people/transaction. Accordingly, individuals, organizations, cadres and civil servants are required to strictly implement measures against the pandemic, including washing hands, wearing masks and keeping a minimum distance of 2 meters....100% of results of settlement of administrative procedures will be returned at home or at addresses requested by organizations or individuals. The city’s one-stop section, individuals and organizations will switch to online transactions via telephone, Zalo, email... Documents will be received with results returned via provincial public service website and postal services to ensure all interests of individuals and organizations.
During the implementation process, if facing difficulties, organizations and individuals are requested to contact the personnel of the one-stop section by phone or email for guidance. Heads of specialized agencies are required to arrange personnel to carry out the settlement of administrative procedures for organizations and individuals as stipulated; closely coordinate with the post office in receiving and returning the results of settlement of administrative procedures through postal services. The city also proposed the Post Offices of the province and the city to well organize the receipt of dossiers of organizations and individuals at post offices and at required addresses in order to create favorable conditions for people to carry out administrative procedures.
