Di An tops 2019 provincial athletics champs

The 2019 provincial Athletics Championships has just concluded.

As a result, Di An town topped the tournament with 11 gold medals, 3 silver medals, 2 bronze medals. Phu Giao district ranked second with 4 gold medals, 5 silver medals and 4 bronze medals while Tan Uyen took third position with 3 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 1 bronze medal.

This year’s tournament, which was hosted by Di An town’s Cetner for Culture, Information and Sports, absorbing more than 100 athletes across the province, They competed in 22 events for both men and women with distances: 100 m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m, 5,000m distance; 4x100m, 4x400m relay, high jump, long jump and shot-put.
