In the first months of this year, thought situation of cadres, party members and people were stabilized and they well obeyed the Party and State’s instructions and policies and joined positively in local movements.

Di An town party committee grasped Resolutions 24, 25 and Conclusion 64 of the Party Central Committee’s 7th conference. Especially, the committee implemented the Politburo’s Directive 03 on setting an example of key cadres in attachment to implementing the 11th Party Central Executive Committee’s 4th conference’s   Resolution 12 on some urgent issues of the current Party building.

The town actively grasped operation situation of businesses, offering favorable conditions of administration procedures and solving difficulties for them.

The local industrial production value reached VND32,000bil, a 10.8% increase from the same period last year and equaling 71.6% of its yearly plan. Meanwhile, local trade and service also rose 29% with the total retail value of VND12,000bil. In the first 9 months of this year, the locality completed take-over of 7 works with the total capital of VND247bil.

Di An town party committee set out 9 key tasks and measures for the 4th quarter of this year. Accordingly, the conference participants debated measures of controlling budget loss, solving tax debts, cutting unnecessary expenditures and many more.
