Di An Train Company on Sept. 2 solemnly held a ceremony to receive ranking on provincial historic relic with the participation of Doan Duy Hoach, vice secretary of Vietnam Railway Corporation's party committee, Huynh Van Nhi, vice chairman of the provincial People's Committee, Pham Hong Phi, director of Di An Train Company and cadres, employees of the company.  The provincial People's Committee vice chairman Huynh Van Nhi grants certification on the provincial historic relic to Di An Train Company's leader.As a one of the old-established organizations of Vietnamese working class, Di An Train's workers (now Di An Train One-member Co.Ltd) led in revolutionary movements. Here marked birth of Di An Train party committee, one of the first party cells of the Southern region. After more than 100 years of development, the company has been recognized as a strong unit of Vietnam railway sector with prizes of golden cup for carriage installment, the first prize of hi-tech carriage quality in 2004, the third class Labor Order in 1978, second class Labor Order in 1985 and 1996, first class Labor Order in 2000, title of Armed Force Hero in 2005, the third class Independence Order in 2008 and many more. With these achievements, the company has been recognized as the provincial historic relic in line with Decision No.3614/QD-UBND dated Dec. 25, 2012.Addressing the ceremony, the company director Pham Hong Phi said that the entire company's cadres, party members are always proud of the company glorious tradition and make efforts to reach higher achievements in the coming time.Reported by B.Minh - Translated by A.C
