Dissemination planning for new laws, acts and ordinances issued

Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee has just issued Plan No. 1483/KH-UBND regarding the information dissemination and publication of new laws, acts, and ordinances in Binh Duong Province in a bid to help locals access the implemented legal documents of 16 laws and acts approved at the 10^th session of the 13^th tenure National Assembly, 8 laws, acts and ordinances approved at the 11^th session of the 13^th tenure National Assembly and the 13^th tenure Standing Committee of National Assembly, 15 laws and acts of effect from 2016 and 2017 on. The departments and functional agencies are to urgently consult with provincial people’s committee to discuss implementation plan of such laws, acts, and ordinances by guidance of the central government while directing implementation plan of localities with determined contents and forms compatible with each subject.

The consultancy time span is at least by June 2016 for legal documents effective in 2016 and at least by the Q3 of 2016 for legal documents effective from 2017.
