Addressing the meeting, Le Thanh Cung basically agreed on the project’s contents and noted that functional agencies should implement deeds in the coming time. They include transfer of health insurance to districts and towns, cooperation and joint venture between grassroot medical centers…

As planned, district medical centers will put into operation on Jan. 1, 2013.
