Thu Dau Mot Town Office of Education and Training was honored as a leading agencies in emulation movements of the education sector. Chu Van An Junior High School is a place of high quality education The Thu Dau Mot Town Office of Education and Training has won top prizes in emulation organized by Department of Education and Training such as Sao Khue Award, Luong The Vinh Award, English Speaking Competition, Provincial Knowledge Olympic, traditional games, and competition of ‘good teacher’ title.Emulation movement of “good teaching – good learning” is organized in terms of encouraging teachers to renew teaching methodology and prepare lesson plans with application of ICT. To date, teachers under management of the office have made good use of ICT. They have also engaged in making teaching aids and writing methodology proposals. Class observation and teaching training are also enahanced to improve teaching skills. Besides, schools also organize movements of “learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples”, “each teacher as a moral example of self-learning and creativitiy”, and other movements of building friendly education environment with student enthusiasm.So as to maintain and enhance education quality, leaders of Thu Dau Mot Town Office of Education and Training stays focused on teacher training and encourage teachers to improve their knowledge and profession in training courses.
