Vietnamese textile and garment enterprises that achieve ESG (environmental, social, and governance) scores will have more orders.

The company specializes in manufacturing ventilation ducts, duct accessories, air valves, air doors, and installing ventilation systems for factories, production workshops in industrial zones, and high-rise buildings. The company has invested in a fully automated production line and imported machinery to meet the demands of large orders from partners. In addition, the company is promoting the application of smart technology to produce intelligent control systems, meeting the requirements of large corporations both domestically and internationally. The company also emphasizes green production factors and environmental protection activities to meet green criteria in production, Mr. Luu Tri shared.

Binh Duong province has issued many directives to various departments, sectors, and localities to promote the implementation of mechanisms, support policies, and create incentives to drive digital and green transformation in businesses.

In our conversation, Mrs. Nguyen Thuy Hang, Director of the Center for Trade Promotion and Industrial Development (Department of Industry and Trade), informed us that in recent times, the center has actively grasped the support mechanisms and policies of the central government and the province through local promotion programs, thereby supporting production facilities in applying modern technology machinery. Through these programs, it also shows the efforts of small and medium-sized enterprises, production facilities in the process of digital transformation, building and affirming the brand. The industry and trade sector also actively supports businesses in applying the 5S process (sorting, setting in order, cleanliness, shining, self-discipline) in the production process to build and maintain a friendly, clean, and safe working environment.

The record shows that, recently, the province has directed to accelerate digital transformation in the government system from provincial to grassroots level; at the same time, it has supported agencies and businesses in enhancing awareness and capacity for digital transformation to actively participate in the development process in the new phase. At the same time, the province also builds and implements green development plans and programs, sustainable development linked to tasks at all levels, sectors, and localities. In addition to the support mechanisms and policies of the State, the business community must also have a willing attitude, enhance all resources to successfully transform into digital and green modes.

Through provincial planning and support policies, Binh Duong is mobilizing and encouraging businesses outside the industrial clusters in the southern area to transform their functions and relocate to the industrial clusters in the northern part of the province. In terms of investment attraction, Binh Duong is prioritizing investment in high-tech industries with low labor intensity and automation technology.
