Thu Dau Mot City strives to hand over 100% of the Ring Road 3 project site passing through its area by December 2024

According to People's Committee of Thu Dau Mot City, the compensation, support and resettlement project for Ring Road 3 passing through Binh Duong province under the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 construction investment project, through Phu Hoa ward and Phu Tho ward (Component Project 6) currently has 176 cases that had handed over sites with 11,290 hectares of land (reaching a rate of 91.5%) to the investor for the construction; 18 cases with 0.51 hectares are being relocated and have committed to handing over the site before September 25, 2024.

In the remaining cases, the city continues to persuade them to receive compensation and take the next steps according to regulations. Meanwhile, the city drew for 7 eligible cases to choose resettlement land locations at Phu My Resettlement Area, Thu Dau Mot City; strives to hand over 100% of the land to the investor by December 2024.
