The communal public security force was founded in the first days of establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and was attached to struggles to protect revolutionary authority at grassroot level.

Over the past 60 years, communal Public Security force nationwide has excelled the entrusted tasks, contributing to the cause for national building and protection.

At the meeting, the provincial People’s Committee granted merit certificates to 5 collectives, 13 individuals whilst provincial Public Security director presented certificates to 17 workgroups and 23 individuals of communal public security force.
