Good preparation for contents to be submitted to the upcoming provincial People's Council session

On the afternoon of October 13, provincial People's Council Standing Committee held its 13th session to approve a number of contents submitted by provincial People's Committee to the upcoming session of provincial People's Council. Pham Van Chanh, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council chaired the session.

An overview of the session

The session approved reports with the following contents: Proposing to set up a resolution on specific support regimes for commune-level Red Cross heads and province/district-level Red Cross officials; proposing to set up a resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulation on policies and regimes to support training and improve the quality of human resources in Binh Duong province issued together with provincial People's Council’s Resolution No. 05/2019 /NQ-HDND dated July 31, 2019. In addition, the session also approved a proposal on setting up a resolution of provincial People's Council stipulating policies to support voluntary social insurance premiums and health insurance premiums for a number of subjects in the province during the period of 2023-2025.

For the report stipulating the specific support regime for commune-level Red Cross heads and province/district-level Red Cross officials, through examination, provincial People's Council’s Legal Department agreed on the necessary promulgation of provincial People's Council’s Resolution on the support regime for people working for province/district-level Red Cross Associations. The Legal Department also proposed to change the name of the resolution to the Resolution regulating the support regime for people working for province/district-level Red Cross Associations...

Concluding the session, Mr. Chanh suggested relevant agencies to coordinate with the departments of provincial People's Council to carefully prepare contents and amendments under the verification reports, ensuring their quality and schedule to submit them to the upcoming session of provincial People's Council.
