Granting 582 Tet gifts to poor households

The provincial Red Cross in cooperation with the provincial Buddhism Society’s Charity board and members of Club for Volunteers paid gift visits to members of the provincial society for visually-impaired people, privileged and poor families, dioxin victims. The total value of these gift visits was worth more than VND213mil funded by Cuong Phat Ltd. Co. monk Thich Hue Thong, head of Chau Thoi Temple, nun Thich nu Phap Nhu, head of Tay Thien Temple and Buddhism believers of Chau Thoi Temple in Di An town.

Also the same day, the provincial Red Cross paid gift visits to teachers and excellent but poor students of Hung My primary school, Phuoc Chi commune, Trang Bang district, Tay Ninh province. The total value of these gift visits was worth over VND11mil funded by donors in Thu Dau Mot city.
