Early October 20, Inspectorate of Economics and Budget of Binh Duong provincial People’s Council supervised the legal regulations on listing constructions and projects of land recovery and transformation of land-use purposes in Dau Tieng district.
As reported by local People’s Committee in 2018, the quantity constructions and projects approved by People’s Council are 36 covering an area of 111.91 hectares. As a result, 19 constructions have been implemented on 87.96 hectares, accounting for 52.77% of the quantity and 78.6% of area coverage. The remaining unconstructed projects are 17 on an area of 23.95 hectares, accounting for 21.4% of the area. In 2019, the same approval was for 35 constructions and projects on 42.91 hectares.
Addressing the supervision session, Nguyen Tam Duong, Head of Inspectorate of Economics and Budget of Binh Duong provincial People’s Council stressed on the contents need supervising as important for construction of land-use land; thus, it was requested that local People’s Committee should make comprehensive review of the implementation and propose for fulfilling the report.
