The 2011 VFF-Eximbank Cup will be held at the National My Dinh Stadium in Hanoi from October 19 to 23 by the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF).

VFF Deputy Chairman Nguyen Lan Trung said the tournament is a good opportunity for the national team to practice before the 26th SEA Games in Indonesia.

Vietnam’s U23 squad will play against Malaysia, Myanmar and Uzbekistan on October 19, 21, and 23, respectively in a round-robin format.

The winner will be awarded US$25,000, while the first and the second runner-up will receive US$10,000 and US$5,000.

The tickets for the tournament’s matches are fixed at VND50,000, VND80,000, VND120,000 and VND150,000.
