Provincial People’s Committee Vice-Chairman Huynh Van Nhi has just presided a meeting to approve the province’s draft plan on organization of the “Lai Thieu in ripe fruit season 2014” festival.

Leaders of provincial Department of Culture, Information and Sports gave a report on the draft plan of the “Lai Thieu in ripe fruit season 2014” festival. Participating delegates also contributed many practical ideas to the draft plan. Accordingly, the “Lai Thieu in meeting season” was selected as the theme of the “Lai Thieu in ripe fruit season 2014” festival. They also sorted out the “Sweetness of southern fruits” as the theme of the fruit fair during the festival which will be kicked off on Friday to lure more visitors…

Addressing the meeting, Mr.Nhi asked for relevant agencies to learn experience from the “Lai Thieu in ripe fruit season 2013” festival in order to have better preparation for the festival in 2014. They were also required to soon fulfill the festival’s plans, especially on budget for organization and propaganda of the festival and submit them to provincial People’s Committee.
