Leaders of Phu Giao work with U&I Hi-Tech Agricultural JSC

Early March 13, leaders of Phu Giao district together with the district’s functional agencies had a working session with U&I Hi-Tech Agricultural Joint Stock Company (JSC).

Approved by provincial People’s Committee in 2009, the JSC’s An Thai hi-tech agricultural park covers more than 411 hectares in Phu Giao district’s An Thai commune. More than 95% of its total area has been tapped after 8 years of development. So far, it had effectively fostered three kinds of fruit trees, including rock melons, bananas and citrus trees like oranges, tangerines with a total area of 376 hectares…

Concluding the working session, Pham Van Chanh, Secretary of Phu Giao district’s Party Committee, Chairman of the district’s People’s Committee spoke highly of the efforts by the JSC during the past time. He also suggested the JSC to continue perfecting some infrastructure items approved; boost transfer on hi-tech agricultural production techniques for farmers; support them to effectively foster various plants in line with the local conditions on soil and weather; guide them how to preserve agricultural products after being harvested…
