Many activities to enhance labor and employment tasks

In 2018, provincial Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs carried out many activities to enhance labor and employment tasks.

Accordingly, the department organized trainings to provide new information on markets and labor demands in all types of enterprises in 2018 with the participation of 9 districts, towns and city in the province and provincial Employment Service Center; inspected, supervised and evaluated programs on employment and labor demand in various types of enterprises. In addition, the department also held dialogues and discussions between leaders of the department, Provincial Employment Service Center and workers, who were 35 years old and over, left their job and were receiving unemployment insurance.

With regard to labor safety, the department inspected the organizations and activities for Action Month of Labor Safety and Hygiene at 20 enterprises; visited and gave gifts worth totally VND68 million to 24 relatives of victims, who died of labor accidents; gave labor safety and hygiene training to managers in charge of this task.
