Market Management Team No. 1 inspect food safety contents

Market Management Team No. 1 will work closely with relevant agencies and sectors, strengthen inter-sectoral collaboration from provincial to lower levels to ensure that strong inspection teams could promptly prevent, detect, and deal with violations of food safety according to laws, avoid overlapping or omitting subjects, check and improve management effectiveness. In particular, the team will focus on examining and handling violating food production and business establishments that belong to 6 commodity groups under the management of industry and trade sector, food business has no clear origin, food does not guarantee safety, especially in spontaneous markets.

In addition, the team will actively cooperate with Health Centers, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Stations of the city, wards, and management boards of markets to strengthen inspection of food contamination, combined with inspecting, dealing with food safety for businesses at markets to detect and warn of food safety risks; focus on monitoring food contamination at rural markets, spontaneous markets, and those with contaminated food that had been detected before...
