 Implementing the theme of working in 2019 - "Five volunteer youths", right from the beginning of the year, the "Volunteer Youth" movement has been implemented widely by the Union level, with many practical activities. in many diverse forms, suitable for each child. Activities aimed to welcome the Vietnam Youth Union Congress at all levels, proceeding to the 7th Congress of the Binh Duong Youth Union of Vietnam, the National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union VIII, tenure 2019-2024. Parallel to that are voluntary activities to participate in building new rural areas, urban civilization, celebrating the great holidays of the country, especially the 74th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, 69 years Traditional students' day; 22 years of Binh Duong construction and development; 89 years of establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam; 50 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Will; 88 years The establishment of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union was widely deployed.

From the beginning of the year until now, looking at the achievements that the Ministry of Youth and Youth Union members and youths in the province have achieved, there have been positive and outstanding signals compared to the same period of 2018. Specifically, the renovation work the method of solidarity and gathering of young people is paid attention by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union. The content and method of solidarity to gather young people are innovated to meet the needs, interests and occupations of young people, organize many new activities and models to approach and unite young people. workers, ethnic youth, religious youth. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union had many innovative solutions to improve the quality of organizing activities of the Union, Association and Team. All are gradually changing positively from common habits such as giving flowers to organize activities that are replaced by giving good content books, helping to raise awareness among children.

Implementing the policy "Towards the establishment", the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union assigns the establishment to host the provincial activities in accordance with the actual conditions at the establishment; assigning the heads and deputy heads of the departments and specialists of the Provincial Youth Union to go on business trips to grasp the situation and orient the establishment to be close to the actual situation in the locality. Training and retraining activities are renewed in content and form. The Provincial Standing Committee coordinates with the Department of Education and Training to organize a professional training course for the Teachers' Team to be the General in charge of the Team; organize a training course for commune-level Youth Union members and cadres planning titles for communal party secretaries and equivalent to the teaching staff from the Vietnam Youth Academy - the southern sub-institute, have many experiences in Union work and youth movement. The organization of meetings is minimized, the meeting time is shortened, the focus is focused, the content of statements is close to reality and in the right direction”
