Vice head of the local Taxation Bureau Vo Thanh Binh, said “In reality, many businesses have a significant difference between registered headquarters and operational locations, so letters, documents and notices often come slowly or are lost. Therefore, contacting via email address is a simple, rapid and convenient way for information exchange between businesses and taxation agencies”.

Aside from simple functions, email helps save cost and time for businesses to improve working capacity and informational settlement.
