Over 2,500 wrong cases on trade penalized

Thuan An town’s Steering Board 389, on February 26, held a conference to review the local task against smuggling, trade fraud and fake products in 2018.

Reportedly, the town’s functional agencies last year made inspection tours, found out and penalized 2,501 wrong cases pertaining to smuggling, fake products with total fine and tax arrears of more than VND39.3billion. The town also organized 37 law dissemination shows on prevention of smuggling, trade fraud and fake products; food safety and environmental protection with nearly 1,200 participants.
