Over 8,440 business households pledge not to get involved in smuggled, poor quality goods

During the past 11 months, provincial Department of Industry and Trade (DoIT) continued speeding up law dissemination for more than 550 business households; teamed up with radio stations of districts, towns and TDM city to make 27 programs on propaganda against trade fraud.

As many as 241 business households also pledged not to get involved in smuggled, poor quality goods under the guidance of provincial Market Control Sub-department. There have been 8,441 enterprises and business households signing the above commitment since the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Plan 7015 implemented.

In the coming time, provincial DoIT will coordinate with relevant agencies to make propaganda work to raise public awareness of food safety-hygiene, e-business…; tighten control over trade fraud activities, helping enterprises and business households work under the law and protect customers.
