Over VND2.36trillion mobilized for new-style rural construction

North Tan Uyen district’s national target programs on new-style rural construction obtained encouraging results over the past time.

Particularly, the whole district mobilized more than VND2.36billion, including more than VND479billion from people, to implement relevant works. The district also created favorable conditions for more than 18,920 poor households to get more than VND296billion in loan for economic development; constructed 57 “great unity” and charity houses worth more than VND3.7billion…

All 9 communes in the district were recognized as new-style rural ones as of late 2017. So far, the district has also basically fulfilled criteria of the new-style rural program in order to be recognized as a new-style rural district by 2020.
