Paying special attachment to training and improving staff ‘capacity

Under the guidance spirit of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, provincial Party Committee and People's Committee on promoting training and capacity improvement of the sector’s staff, provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment instructed its divisions and units to coordinate with functional sectors to organize many training courses for cadres, civil servants and employees over the past time. Accordingly, these training courses focused on disseminating professional knowledge, experience and related scientific-technical applications among them.

The province’s sector of natural resources and environment has also regularly strengthened the organization of the State management apparatus for professional activities; carried out reform and renewal of effective operational methods; assign tasks, make decentralization, clearly define the specific responsibilities of each relevant organization, especially of the heads. There is an appropriate roadmap and plan to promote autonomy mechanism for public non-business units in this field. The sector has also continued upholding the role and responsibility of specialized management in mobilizing, managing and effectively using resources; combined resources from the State budget with diversification of domestic and foreign investment capital sources, especially international preferential capital sources for professional work.
