Celebrating August Revolution and Independence Day September 2nd, responding to Traffic Safety Year 2013, on August 29th, the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism cooperated with provincial Traffic Safety Committee to summarize and reward the Photo Art Contest “Traffic Culture – Urban civilization”.The contest was to propagandize, educate traffic culture, and disseminate traffic safety and security laws among people to improve awareness of traffic law compliance. 30 artists from Southeastern provinces, cities sent their works to compete at the contest. The result was, Binh Duong Art Literature Association got 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, including the first prize of artist Tran Tinh. 3 third prizes were rewarded units of Binh Duong, Dong Nai, HCM City and other 14 console prizes.  The first lesion – winning artwork of Tran Tinh The winning photos are displayed at Binh Duong Culture – Movies Center from now until September 2013 for people to contemplate and learn about traffic safety and culture.
