Phu Giao’s agro-forestry production value reaches over VND 2.38trillion

In the first half of 2022, Phu Giao district's agro-forestry production value was estimated at more than VND 2.38 trillion, up 9.84% over the same period and or 43.95% of the year’s plan.

The district’s production structure between cultivation and animal husbandry was 51.34% and 48.66%, respectively. The district’s total annual planting area was estimated at 1,320 hectares, down 2.36% over the same period last year. The district’s total area of ​​perennial trees was estimated at 38,286 hectares, up 0.07% over the same period.

Since early this year, the district’s situation of animal husbandry has been relatively stable. The district now has 330 hi-tech agricultural production establishments, an increase of 39 over the same period last year. There are 30 organizations and individuals with high-tech agricultural production models that are eligible for preferential loans with a total loan request of more than VND 3.54 trillion, a total approved loan amount of VND 876 billion, including VND 773 billion disbursed.
