Binh Duong province Customs cooperated with Vietnam Customs School to hold a professional training course of automatic customs procedures of VNACCS/VCIS automated customs clearance system sponsored by Japan. This is the most modern and useful system at the present.The training course took place in 2 days and comprised contents of customs declaration, digital signature registration, and addressing queries about modern customs declaration professional skills.Vice principal Tran Van Dung of Vietnam Customs School said: “VNACCS/VCIS system has an absolute precision. Compared to current V4 electronic system, VNACCS/VCIS system do not accept any mistakes in declaration based on over 100 criteria, and has short clearance time of 1 – 3 seconds without meeting any officials.
