The provincial Party Committee just issued Decision No.325-QD/TU on ratifying a project of key cadre selection and training from local excellent students.

The project is to improve quality of local manpower for the 2011-2015 period as well as to find out, select and train excellent students to become key cadres for local mass bodies and agencies at all levels. The project also contributes to create a source of cadres involving in abroad training programs funded by local budget.

As planned, the province annually will select about 50 excellent students, of whom 40 are the 12th graders of high schools and 10 students of universities. Accordingly, 10-20 students will be taken part in overseas training per year and at least 80% of excellent students will be offered proper jobs after graduation.
