Province absorbs additional VND 689 trillion in domestic investment capital

According to provincial Department of Planning and Investment, from August 1 to 15, Binh Duong province attracted more than VND6.37 trillion in domestic investment capital.

Particularly, there were 676 newly registered enterprises, with more than VND4.9trillion, 140 enterprises adjusting to increase capital with more than VND2.57 trillion, 8 enterprises reducing capital by VND 216 billion and 61 enterprises dissolved with VND 895 billion.

Thus, in the first 8 months of 2023, the province has attracted more than VND58,84 trillion in domestic investment capital. Particularly, there have been 4,117 newly registered enterprises, 1,097 enterprises increasing capital, 63 enterprises reducing capital and 427 enterprises dissolved. To date, the whole province has lured 63,463 domestic enterprises with total investment capital of VND 689 trillion.

In the first 8 months of 2023, production and business activities of enterprises in the province continued getting thriving with higher growth than the same period last year. Many businesses were proactive to transform models, change strategies and respond flexibly; boldly made digital transformation, linking with partners to expand production, ensure enough sustainable raw material sources.
