Under provincial People’s Committee’s Program 26 on the shift of the local agricultural structure towards the growth of urban and hi-tech agriculture in association with processing industry, the whole province has developed 760 cultivation farmsteads, including 32 hi-tech based ones.  

An Thai hi-tech agricultural park in Phu Giao is now under operation

The province has also zoned and built 4 hi-tech agricultural parks with more than 991 hectares in total in Phu Giao and Tan Uyen districts. Regarding animal husbandry, the province has attached special importance to hi-tech application and prevention of diseases in association with environmental protection. The whole province is now home to 15 farmsteads on animal husbandry, including 111 hi-tech ones.
