Provincial leader welcomes delegation of Dutch Enterprise Agency

On the afternoon of March 25, Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee received a delegation of the Dutch Enterprise Agency under the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by Kim Tran, Chief Consultant of the Project on construction of the waste water treatment and collection system for Di An-Thuan An and Tan Uyen.

At the working session, the two sides discussed the progress of construction of the project and preparatory steps for a project on Ben Cat town’s water drainage and waste treatment system. Mr.Liem also thanked the Dutch Government for its assistance to the local waste water treatment projects. So far, waste water projects in Thuan An town, Di An town and Tan Uyen town have basically been fulfilled and are expected to be put into operation by the end of the year.

The delegation also visited households in localities with the above-mentioned projects and they said that they felt very satisfactory with these projects. Ms.Kim Tran said that they will contribute to the local development. She also thanked the province for its active cooperation in realizing these projects while wanting that the water drainage and waste water treatment project in Ben Cat town will be implemented soon.
