Early February 8, the Steering Board of Administrative Reforms of the government organized an online conference summing up administrative reforms in 2017 and launching mission for 2018. Member of Politburo and permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh chaired the conference as the head of the steering board. In Binh Duong, Mai Hung Dung, member of Provincial Party Committee and permanent Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee and leaders of departments, districts, towns and Thu Dau Mot City attended the conference.
At the conference, permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh highlighted the great achievements of the nation in 2017. Of the achievements, administrative reforms of the government, ministries and localities have greatly contributed to the creation of legal environment and free public administration for convenience and fair competition of economic subjects in the process of development promotion. By efforts, 6 contents of the general reforms of administrative procedures in 2011-2020 have been greatly achieved.
Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh stressed that drawbacks should be indentified and required for determining accurate positions and responsibilities of members of the steering board to implement the reforms. Thereon, she required close cooperation of ministries and localities to effectively and practically implement the reforms by the motto of discipline, transparency, actions, creativity, and proficiency.
