Provincial leaders visit, offer Tet gifts to policy beneficiary and disadvantaged families in Ben Cat

Early February 4, a delegation of provincial leaders, led by Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council visited and offered Tet gifts to policy beneficiary and disadvantaged families in Ben Cat town’s Phu An commune. Accordingly, the delegation awarded 100 Tet gifts, funded by provincial Red Cross Society to these families. Each gift included VND1million in cash and necessities worth more than VND 500,000.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Loc said that although there are still many difficulties, the province has always spent the local State budget, along with resources from provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Red Cross Society and mass organizations at all levels to support and bring joy to many policy beneficary and disadvantaged families. Over the past days, many programs were implemented by provincial Red Cross associations at all levels, contributing to taking care of those with difficult circumstances so that everyone can enjoy a warm Tet.

On the occasion, Mr. Loc sent Tet greetings to people in Phu An commune while wanting them to further promote their homeland's traditions, strive to rise up in life and join forces with the Party Committee and local government to build up a more and more prosperous and beautiful homeland.
