Provincial Military Party Committee focuses on well realizing key military and defense tasks

On November 15, provincial Military Commander’s Party Committee held a conference to pass a resolution on leadership for military & defense tasks and Party building for 2025. The conference was chaired by Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Secretary of provincial Military Party Committee. Attendees included Major General Dang Van Lam, Deputy Commander of the Military Region 7 and Vo Van Minh, Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Chairman of provincial People’s Committee. 

In 2024, provincial Military Commander’s Party Committee was proactive to monitor the situation and coordinate with forces to advise and assist authorities in effectively handling situations to maintain political security and social order. The Party Committee rigorously implemented the 13th Party Central Committee's Resolution on national defense strategy in the new context and the Politburo's directives on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party congress. The work of educating, fostering, updating national defense and security knowledge of subjects exceeded the set targets. The quality of military recruitment was improved, reaching 100% of targets at all 3 levels... Provincial Military Command’s Party Committee strives to comprehensively complete the goals and targets of military-defense tasks in 2025, completing 100% of targets for the 2020-2025 tenure. Especially, provincial Military Command’s Party Committee successfully organized Party congresses at all levels within the Party Committee and provincial armed forces for the 2025-2030 tenure...

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Loi emphasized that in 2025, provincial Military Command’s Party Committee should enhance its efforts to assess the situation and thoroughly implement the local military and defense tasks. He stressed the importance of maintaining a ready combat force to safeguard key periods during holidays, Tet and significant political events of the nation and the locality. He also urged provincial Party Committee to have thorough preparations to ensure that the 2025 military recruitment meets 100% of assigned targets; paid attention to fostering national defense and security knowledge for subjects while focusing on building up a clean and strong Party Committee, a comprehensively strong and "exemplary" unit to successfully complete assigned tasks in 2025.
