Regulations on coordination of civil law enforcement dealt by State’s Bank and Binh Duong Provincial Department of Civil Law Enforcement

Late July 29, at the venue of Binh Duong Branch of State’s Bank of Vietnam was a signing ceremony to fix deal of regulations on coordination of civil law enforcement by and between Department of Civil Law Enforcement and State’s Bank of Vietnam. Attending the ceremony was Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Chair of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee, leading representatives of Binh Duong Branch of State’s Bank of Vietnam and some bank leading representatives in the province.

At the ceremony, representative of Binh Duong Provincial Department of Civil Law Enforcement approved the draft regulations on coordination of civil law enforcement by and between Department of Civil Law Enforcement and State’s Bank of Vietnam. Accordingly, the regulations include principles, contents, and methods of coordination for civil law enforcement against credit activities in the province. The coordination of both sides includes information disclosure and exchange, law dissemination, and legal document implementation.

Addressing the ceremony, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Chair of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee demanded both sides to affirm their roles in law enforcement cases in objective and highly approved manner.
