Repository of lecture materials built for students in the school year of 2021-2022

* Devices donated to support students’ online learning

Due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, in the first 2 months of the 2021-2022 school year, the entire education sector of the province has implemented online teaching. Although the education sector has actively developed plans and planned for online teaching and learning in accordance with the actual situation, such tasks in the 2021-2022 school year for the entire education sector are facing great difficulties, especially the situations at the high schools.

In order to facilitate more data sources to study while students are not at school, Department of Education and Training implements a plan to build a repository of lecture materials for students in the 2021-2022 school year. Accordingly, the department is coordinating with Thu Dau Mot University to organize video recordings of Literature, Mathematics, and English for grades 9 and 12 and Mathematics and Vietnamese for grade 5.

* In the afternoon of September 22, People's Committee of Ben Cat Town received and worked with the unit sponsoring online learning equipment for students in Ben Cat town.

At the working session, Hong Tin Binh Duong Concrete Co. Ltd. donated VND 300 million to buy online learning equipment for schoolchildren in the town under the program of computers for children.

Mr. Nguyen Trong An, Chairman of People's Committee of Ben Cat Town, thanked business leaders; and at the same time, assigned the town's Education Division to discuss and plan for a specific reception.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has directed initiated the program to offer computers and telecommunication services to students in special situations, especially those students living in Covid-19 affected areas so that they could effectively join the online teaching and learning.

The program is also a call on the business community to support by many people as the social responsibility of businesses to the community, to their children, and to the future of their nation.
