*The same day, Tan Uyen town’s Party Committee organized a conference to extend the Resolution of the 9th Plenum of the 11th Party Central Committee on Vietnamese culture and human development to match requirements of sustainable development for more than 200 local cadres.

The conference also focused on some policies on Party building and preparatory work for Party Congresses at all levels towards the 12^th National Party Congress.
