Scholarships awarded to help students overcome difficulties

On November 14, Provincial Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities, Orphans and Poor Patients in collaboration with sponsors organized a scholarship awarding ceremony for students at Khanh Binh Junior High School in Tan Uyen City.

With the support from Accredo Asia Co., Ltd. (Bac Tan Uyen district), the Association awarded scholarships to overcome difficulties to go to school for 25 students of poor households, near-poor households, orphans, disabled students, orphans and children of poor patients. Each scholarship is worth VND2 million, contributing to helping children have more conditions to go to school and study better.

Phan Thanh Tam, Principal of Khanh Binh Junior High School, said this is a very meaningful gift, a source of encouragement and motivation for students to overcome difficulties to excel in their studies.
