Scientific conference on Bong Trang – Nha Do victory

On May 31, Chanh Phu Hoa Construction Investment JSC in collaboration with provincial Scientific Historical Association held a scientific conference on Bong Trang – Nha Do victory at Binh Duong cemetery. Attending the wrkshop were Mr. Le Huu Phuoc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Propaganda and Training Committee; Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Van Tau, former commissar of 316 Brigade; and representatives of revolutionary veterans.

Bong Trang – Nha Do victory conference 

At the workshop, the historical witnesses recalled heroic traditions of the homeland. Bong Trang – Nha Do victory confirmed the role, position and historical values of the struggle for national liberation, reunification.  

The workshop discussed the options for contents and location of new statue/monument construction marking this glorious victory. In particular, two mostly mentioned issues were construction position and scale of the new statue/monument. Many opinions suggested that the project should be tied to tourism development to promote its historical significance, contribute to the education on patriotism, national pride for the younger generation.
