Settlement of online dossiers promoted

According to provincial Public Administration Center, for administrative procedures carried out online at levels 3 and 4, there are now 10 out of 19 departments, and sectors with dossiers arising at levels 3, 4 implemented through 3 methods: On websites and systems of ministries and sectors (the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Justice, the Department of Transport); on the National Public Service Portal connecting to provincial Public Service Portal (the Department of Industry and Trade); on provincial Public Service Portal (the Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Industrial Parks ‘Management  Board, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Science and Technology and Department of Information and Communications).

Most online dossiers are made on websites and systems of ministries and sectors (accounting for 89.8% of the total online applications). The proportion of dossiers at levels 3 and 4 on the National Public Service Portal is still low at 10.2%. Therefore, provincial Public Administration Center has advised provincial People's Committee on suggesting departments and sectors to  make acceleration on handling online dossiers at levels 3 and 4, contributing to limiting crowds at the center, effectively realzing Covid-19 prevention and control.
