Most online dossiers are made on websites and systems of ministries and sectors (accounting for 89.8% of the total online applications). The proportion of dossiers at levels 3 and 4 on the National Public Service Portal is still low at 10.2%. Therefore, provincial Public Administration Center has advised provincial People's Committee on suggesting departments and sectors to make acceleration on handling online dossiers at levels 3 and 4, contributing to limiting crowds at the center, effectively realzing Covid-19 prevention and control.
