Special poetry exchange program themed "Binh Duong, the land of love"

Early December 16, the "Binh Duong, the land of love" poetry exchange program took place at Thu Dau Mot city’s park. The program attracted 10 fine arts clubs from Ben Cat town, Phu Giao district, Tan Uyen city, Thuan An city, provincial Club for the Retired and wards in Thu Dau Mot city. These units together performed 21 unique and meaningful items of singing, dancing, reciting poems...

The program was organized by Thu Dau Mot city’s Poetry Club on the occasion of summarizing poetry activities in 2023. In 2023, the club composed over 350 poems with many diverse themes to celebrate the Party, spring, homeland, praise love, human love and warm love of life. As a result, the club produced a collection of poems "Huong Dat Thu 4" (Fragrance of Thu land 4), including 110 poems, with 19 authors. Especially, at the end of October 2023, the club won the silver prize (second prize) at the 6th National Poetry Performance Festival in Ninh Binh province.

Upholding the results achieved in the past year, Thu Dau Mot city’s Poetry Club has set out orientations for 2024 with many tasks, including maintaining regular and orderly activities, innovating thinking, improving artistry in poetic composition; admitting new members, ensuring quality criteria, organizing exchanges with others clubs to learn from experience, praising outstanding members...
