Standing Committee of Provincial People's Council holds the 38th session

On April 24th, Provincial People's Council's Standing Committee held the 38th meeting. Vo Van Minh, Chairman of Provincial People's Council, chaired the session. Attending the meeting were also Mai Hung Dung, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; Vice Chairmen of People's Council, leaders of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, departments, boards and branches (photo). 

The meeting evaluated the proposals on the Resolution, including: To stipulate the spending level and use of State budget fund for archeological excavation in the province; Prescribe the rates, regimes of collection, payment, management and use of fees for visiting historical-cultural relics, famous monuments, and museums in the province. The meeting also gave comments on Official Letter No. 1843/ UBND-NC dated April 15th 2020 of Provincial People's Committee on the arrangement of non-specialized personnel at the redundant commune level under Resolution No. 21/2019/NQ-HDND of Provincial People's Council; evaluated the report on balancing the 2019 budget of Di An City; contributed ideas on permission to mobilize capital for investment and on-lending plan for ODA projects of the South Binh Duong Water Environment Improvement Project - phase 2...

An important content of the meeting was opinions on the application of land price list for the period of 2020-2024 and the coefficient (K) of land price adjustment in 2020 in the two cities: Thuan An, Di An, and 4 wards of Tan Uyen Town that were established under Resolution No. 857/NQ-UBTVQH14 dated January 1st 2020 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
