Streets and traditional markets with cashless payment launched

Early June 16, provincial People's Council’s Standing Committee held a Q&A session between the two sessions on the topic of the results of dealing with administrative procedures in the province. Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council chaired the Q&A session.

At the Q&A session, delegates raised their opinions focusing on the issues of implementing the one-stop-shop mechanism in the field of land and construction; publicity and transparency of administrative procedures; the review and reduction of administrative procedures; questioned leaders of provincial departments and sectors about solutions to improve the efficiency of electronic copy authentication services, propaganda among people and businesses to register accounts and use online public services, promote online payment of fees and charges...

Speaking at the Q&A session, Mr. Loc suggested relevant departments and sectors to soon advise and promulgate policies to support community-based digital technology groups, policies to support cadres to carry out digital transformation; further remove obstacles in solving administrative procedures for people and enterprises.

Chairman of provincial People's Council suggested relevant agencies to soon remove difficulties on administrative procedures in the field of land.
