Survey team of the Central Organizing Committee works in Binh Duong

In the afternoon of June 25, the delegation of the Central Organization Committee led by Mr. Dao Cong Nhanh, Deputy Director of the Local Department III and the Central Organization Committee, had a survey meeting in Binh Duong province. The working regulations shall be used as the basis for the elaboration of the scheme on working regulations (forms) of the Party Committees of the provinces and cities under the Central Government. Nguyen Minh Thuy, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Organization Committee, and leaders of the departments, departments and agencies attended the meeting.

Reporting to the delegation, Nguyen Phuoc Hiep, Deputy Director of the Provincial Organization Committee, said that the Standing Committee of the provincial Party Committee always pay attention to the work of leading and directing the construction and implementation of working regulations. Shortly after the 10^th Provincial Party Congress in 2015-2020, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Organization Committee quickly implemented the work regulations. From the beginning of term to now has issued work regulations. The regulations are built on the basis of inheriting the previous regulations, supplemented and amended to suit the new points of the Party's Statute, the Party's views and guidelines, the State's laws, the guidelines of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the specific situation of the provincial Party Committee. The content of the regulation specifies the scope, responsibilities and rights of the collective, individual, the head and each member, the powers attached to the responsibility.

Speaking at the meeting, Nguyen Minh Thuy said that the central government should issue working regulations (template) and proposed the Central Research, determine the authority to consider and give opinions of the provincial party committee. Members of the Standing Committee of the Party (provincial and equivalent) for the scope, scale, level, value (quantitative) of important issues in the fields of national defense, security, society; study and institutionalized by the relevant State regulations so that the provinces and cities follow.
