TDM city’s police keep entertainment spots safe

Lieutenant Colonel Tu Hai Tho, Deputy Chief of Thu Dau Mot city’s Police Agency said that over the past days, the city’s police planned to ensure traffic order and safety on all streets and at amusement parks; mobilized all 100% combat forces to ensure safety at the 2024 New Year fireworks display program in the new city center, deployed forces to ensure safety at Bach Dang walking street.

During the last holiday, there were no accidents in the city. From December 15 to December 28, the Traffic Police Team of the city’s Police Agency organized 36 patrols with the participation of 111 officers and soldiers, thereby detecting and making records for 686 cases violating traffic safety order; temporarily confiscated 318 vehicles and 366 documents of all kinds; sanctioned 450 cases with fines totaling nearly VND 2 billion.
