On the afternoon of July 5, Bui Huu Toan, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism chaired a meeting of the Steering Committee of the movement of "All people constructing a cultural life" and family support in Binh Duong province. .

At the meeting, the representative of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism - the standing agency of the provincial steering committee, reported the results of the implementation of the movement in the first 6 months of the year with direction and tasks for the last 6 months of 2023. In the past 6 months, the movement has been participated in by the whole political system, Party committees, authorities, fronts and mass organizations at all levels focusing on leading and directing the people who agree and respond to actively contribute to the stability and socio-economic development of the province. With many practical solutions in leadership and direction in the locality, the movement gradually deep-rooted as the quality was increasingly raised and developed in the grassroots areas.

In 2023, 99.46% of households in the whole province has registered to build a cultural family; 100% of neighborhoods and hamlets registered to build cultural quarters and hamlets; all 50 wards and townships and all 5 cities and towns register to build civilized urban centers; 19,703 out of 23,161 hostels registered to build cultural hostels. At the conference, the members of the provincial steering committee discussed and voted on the list of agencies, units and enterprises requesting a 5-year recognition of cultural standards for 2017-2021.
