Provincial People’s Committee just informed that the regime of one-stop shop and interconnected one-stop shop within the concentrated political-administrative zone of the province has been submitted to Provincial Party Committee for further approval.Accordingly, one-stop shop units of departments and sectors shall be integrated into modern interconnected one-stop shop to process all administrative procedures related to individuals and organizations upon official operation of concentrated political and administrative zone.The province has also assigned Department of Internal Affairs to guide agencies and units to build up interconnected one-stop shop regime and organize training courses for officers working at document reception and returning.Meantime, Office of Provincial People’s Committee, Department of Finance, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Information and Communication, and Department of Science and Technology have been assigned with consultancy duty so that the Provincial People’s Committee could allocate budget, working equipment, software and network necessary for the regime to function under ISO.Beside the provincial project, Provincial People’s Committee issued another document demanding Department of Internal Affairs to host, in combination with Department of Information and Communication and districts, towns, and Thu Dau Mot City to refine the regime and make it easier for organizations and individuals upon visiting district people’s committees for administrative communication.Reported by Song Tra – Translated by Vi Bao
