To duly implement foreign language teaching in secondary schools

Implementing foreign language teaching in secondary schools in 2014-2015 school year, the provincial schools have followed the guidance of local Department of Education and Training. As for intensified English programs, all the schools have planned for English teaching at Grade 2 and Grade 5 while some schools have introduced English to Grade 1 students from the 14^th week into the school year.

So as to improve teaching quality, the Department has dispatched teachers to competence courses at Eastern International University and SEAMEO. Under evaluation of Department of Education and Training, the in-training teachers and students have ensured the program and learning habit at the best.
