To facilitate the development of non-public preschool facilities

To implement the policy of educational socialization, the province has so far allocated and leased land totally of about 72,000m2 to 16 individuals and businesses to build 16 private kindergartens, receiving more than 150 groups / classes with about 6,000 children in localities that have many industrial parks in the province, contributing to reducing the pressure of student overload in public schools.

To meet the demand of workers, the construction of preschool facilities in industrial zones was directed by provincial leaders to be clear in terms of policies and methods, creating the most favorable conditions for investors to build kindergartens. In order to address the immediate demands, it is possible to prioritize the use of lands of enterprise offices for building preschool institutions on a non-profit perspective. So far, 12 enterprises have invested in 12 establishments with this form and have received about 2,380 children.
