To license 84 projects of water and mineral resources

According to Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment said that over the first nine months of 2021, this agency has counseled Provincial People's Committee to issue 75 permits for water exploitation and 9 permits for the mineral sector as prescribed. These are projects that have been appraised by administrative agencies and have exploitation plans that pledge not to cause harm or affect the ecology and living environment in the area.

Department of Natural Resources and Environment assigned specialized departments and units to coordinate with functional agencies and municipalities to carry out stringent inspection and appraisal. The department only licensed projects that guarantee good preservation of the living environment and do not cause negative impacts on the ecosystem in the project implementation area and surrounding areas.
